Ingredients: Chaga mushroom, green Rooibos leaf, Borututu root, Schizandra & Juniper berry & Rose Petal.

Preparation/Directions:

  1. Place 2 heaping tablespoons in a litre glass container.
  2. Fill with purified boiling water.
  3. Steep on counter 24 – 48 hours.
  4. Pour off liquid and store in fridge.

Suggested Dosage: Begin by drinking 6oz (175ml) cold or warm in the a.m. on an empty stomach and 6oz (175ml) on an empty stomach 1 hour before bedtime.
